Why the atelier

A uniform programme is a brand asset. We treat it like one.

Most uniform vendors ship a catalogue. We build a house. When you engage the ZACK THREADS corporate atelier, a key-account director takes ownership of your programme end to end — from the first brand brief, through prototyping and on-site measurement, into production, delivery, and every reorder that follows for years.

The result is a wardrobe your teams are proud to wear and a specification your finance office can trust — locked to a single cloth code, a single cut, and a single account manager. It's how we've grown from tailoring principals to dressing the front line of hotels, restaurants and construction leaders across the region.

Who we dress

Three houses. One standard.

Every corporate programme lives in one of three practices — each with its own design language, cloth library and account rhythm.

VIP Corporates & Executive Boards
Chapter I

VIP Corporates & Executive Boards

Boardrooms · Banking · Diplomatic · Family Office

For principals, board members and client-facing leadership. We build a locked house style — cloth mill, cut, lapel width, lining, monogram — and hold it in your account for every future order, every executive who joins.

  • Two- and three-piece suits, blazers, overcoats
  • Signature shirting programme with monogrammed cuffs
  • Ceremonial and reception dress (bishts, black tie)
  • Dress code manual for HR onboarding
Restaurants, Hospitality & Front-of-House
Chapter II

Restaurants, Hospitality & Front-of-House

Fine dining · Hotels · Cafés · Cabin crew

Guest-facing teams need uniforms that look editorial under warm light, survive service, and read your brand at a glance. From maître d' to commis, we build role-specific kits with paired aprons, waistcoats and outerwear.

  • Maître d', sommelier, server, host and back-of-house kits
  • Stain-resistant, launder-tested woven and knit fabrics
  • Branded aprons, ties, scarves, name-badges
  • Seasonal capsule refresh with retained measurements
Building, Engineering & Construction
Chapter III

Building, Engineering & Construction

Contractors · Site teams · Project leadership

Site uniforms that hold up to twelve-hour days without losing the brand. Reinforced stitching, reflective detail integrated tastefully, and a distinct leadership line so directors, engineers and crews are visibly one company.

  • Site shirts, cargo trousers, field jackets, safari suits
  • Reflective banding · reinforced knees, elbows, shoulders
  • Branded hard-hat wraps, hi-vis vests, softshells
  • Leadership line — tailored navy safari for directors

The engagement

Six movements from first call to first shift.

Every corporate account moves through the same disciplined choreography — signed, costed and dated at each stage. There are no surprises, and there is a name against every step.

  1. 01

    Brand Brief

A key-account director meets your leadership to review brand guidelines, role hierarchy, headcount, climate and service context. We leave with a signed brief — not a guess.

  2. 02

    Concept & Sampling

Our design studio returns within 10 days with fabric bunches, sketches, colourways and a costed proposal. One prototype per role is produced free for approval before rollout.

  3. 03

    On-Site Measurement Day

Our team travels to your office, hotel or site to measure every employee. Each profile is filed digitally under your account — new hires re-order in one click.

  4. 04

    Atelier Production

Cut and sewn in our own atelier. Every garment passes a three-station quality check with photographic evidence attached to the order file — no factory floor guesswork.

  5. 05

    Delivery & Fitting

Individually named, pressed and packed. Delivered to your HR office with a fitting day booked in — any adjustment inside two centimetres is corrected on the spot at no cost.

  6. 06

    Repeat & Renew

Your account stays live. Reorders for new hires ship in seven days. Seasonal capsules, retirements and role changes are handled quietly by the same account team, year after year.

What you own

Six promises written into every account.

Brand-Locked Specifications

Cloth code, Pantone match, thread, cut, lapel, monogram and packaging locked to your account. Every future garment matches the first — no drift, no substitutes.

Lifetime Measurement Profiles

Every employee's file — measurements, fit notes, preferences — is retained securely. Turnover doesn't cost you a re-measurement.

Contract Accounts & Invoicing

Named credit lines with balance tracking, expiry alerts, PO-matched invoicing and consolidated monthly statements for finance.

Individually Named Delivery

Each garment arrives labelled by employee, department and role — pressed, hung and ready for handover. No sorting on your side.

Free Prototype Round

One garment per role produced and fitted at no charge before you commit to a full run. You approve tangibly, not on a moodboard.

Seven-Day Reorder Promise

Once the pattern is locked, new-hire orders inside your account ship in seven working days — a resignation is never a uniform emergency.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

What is the minimum order?

The Signature tier begins at ten staff. Below that, we recommend the individual atelier — most executives use it for the leadership line while the wider team ships under a corporate account.

Can you match a Pantone or existing brand cloth?

Yes. We dye-match to Pantone, source millwoven cloth to specification, and lock the reference into your account so every future order pulls from the same code.

How do reorders work for new hires?

Once your account is live, HR sends the new employee's details and measurements — taken locally or by us — and the garment ships inside seven working days.

Do you deliver outside our head office?

We ship to any city or job site worldwide. For multi-site or regional rollouts we send a measurement team on tour; for single deliveries we courier individually named parcels.

How is payment structured for corporate accounts?

Signature and Enterprise accounts operate on a 50% deposit and 50% on delivery. Institutional accounts move to net-30 invoicing against approved purchase orders after the first successful cycle.
